Thermophoric Diet Caps

 What are Thermophoric Diet Caps?

Thermophoric Diet Caps are manufactured by Spectra Force. They claim to be “the first product to provide a novel approach to moderate the pleasure/reward feeding mechanism and force calorie wasting thermodynamics beyond personal set points. The result is a remarkable reduction in your desire for food while simultaneously prompting stored fat to be a primary fuel source.” Although that sounds very scientific, we can’t say that we haven’t seen similar claims by other weight loss companies that turned out to be bogus.

Ingredients in Thermophoric Diet Caps

Although the manufacturers of Thermophoric Diet Caps claim their product to be “innovative”, you wouldn’t be able to notice by looking at the ingredient label. There are no ingredients in the caps that aren’t included in hundreds of other weight loss supplements.

There are a few ingredients that we like in Thermophoric Diet Caps such as Synephrine and Caffeine. Synephrine is similar to the now banned Ephedra but doesn’t contain any of the side effects. It is a powerful fat burner. Caffeine when taken in the right dosage has been shown to increase both mental and physical outputs.

What the Thermophoric Diet Caps are missing is an effective appetite suppressor.

We are unable to determine the absolute effectiveness of the diet caps because the amounts of each ingredient are hidden in a proprietary blend

Side Effects of Thermophoric Diet Caps

Users of the diet caps have complained of side effects such as headaches, insomnia, and anxiety.

Thermophoric Diet Caps Pros

  • Contains Synephrine and Caffeine

Thermophoric Diet Caps Cons

  • Missing an effective appetite suppressor
  • Possible Side Effects
  • Numerous Negative Customer Reviews
  • Expensive (Retail Price $60)

Thermophoric Diet Caps Conclusion

There is more fiction than fact to the claims of Thermophoric Diet Caps. The top diet pills ranked below excelled in several categories including: efficacy (does it work!), safety, company reputation, return policies and guarantees, and price.

Thermophen HCL

Can Thermophen HCL Help You Lose Weight?

Thermophen HCL is made by Bhelliom Enterprises.  It claims to increase your sex drive, help you lose weight while increasing muscle, increase your metabolism, and the list goes on and on. It sounds really good but you know what they say about things that sound too good to be true, they usually are. But let’s put that notion aside and take a closer look at Thermophen HCL.

Ingredients in Thermophen HCL

Thermophen HCL is comprised of a proprietary blend. This automatically raises a red flag. A lot of companies use proprietary blends to mask their ineffective product.

Looking at the ingredients there is nothing revolutionary or new by any means. There are a few minerals that might help with overall health but there are no effective fat burners or appetite suppressors.

No Scientific Studies Given

There is no scientific research or data given that backs Thermophen HCL’s claims. This is another red flag.

Price of Thermophen HCL

The price of a bottle of Thermophen HCL is $40. This is very expensive for a proprietary blend of this caliber.

Thermophen Pros

  • Contains minerals that may contribute to overall health

Thermophen Cons

  • No effective fat burners
  • No appetite suppressors
  • Expensive
  • No Scientific Research

Thermophen HCL Conclusion

We know this review may sound negative but there is nothing really positive to write about Thermophen HCL.

Thermocerin

Thermocerin

What is Thermocerin?

Thermocerin claims to be able to help you “lose 30 lbs. in 30 days guaranteed.” That sounds really good but remember practically every weight loss supplement company “guarantees” the same thing. Let’s take a closer look at Thermocerin.

Ingredients in Thermocerin

For claiming to be the world’s most powerful non-prescription fat burner you wouldn’t be able to tell by looking at the ingredients. The only ingredients that have been proven to help with weight loss are caffeine and green tea.

Caffeine has been shown to increase both physical and mental outputs. Green tea is a great anti-oxidant and appetite suppressor rolled in one. Unfortunately, there is not enough of either of these ingredients in Thermocerin to make them effective.

The rest of the ingredients in Thermocerin are nothing to write home about. They are standard ingredients found in most cheap fat burners. Nothing new

Thermocerin “Free Trial”

The free trial that Thermocerin offers is anything but free. You are given 14 days to return any unused product at their warehouse or you are charged $49 for the first bottle and you are stuck buying two more for $99.  Respecting shipping times, this gives you about three days to make up your mind about this product or you’ll be stuck paying $150 for a product you don’t want.

Thermocerin Pros

  • Contains Caffeine and Green Tea

Thermocerin Cons

  • Outlandish claims
  • No effective fat burners
  • Nasty Free Trial Scam

Thermocerin Conclusion

There is more fiction than fact to Thermocerin’s claims. We do not recommend it.

Burn 60

Burn 60 Review

This product was created by GNC. Burn 60 claims to burn calories, boost metabolism, and increase energy. To achieve these results, Burn 60 relies on a thermogenic formula that promises to burn up to 60% of calories post workout. From what I have seen the formula is a typical stimulant-based formula with average results. This review will give a description of the product, outline strengths and weaknesses and give an overall evaluation.

This product leverages its manufacturer’s goodwill more than proven quality weight loss ingredients. Burn 60 mainly consists of Guarana Seed Extract, Black Tea Leaves Extract, MegaNatural Grape Skin and Seed Extract, Ginger Root Extract and Dill Weed Extract.  But some of these ingredients (Guarana and Black Tea) have natural caffeine. Caffeine based formulas can have undesired side effects. Few testimonials were found with mixed results. The makers of Burn 60 recommend taking 2 tablets before breakfast. Burn 60 is offered at $31 -$40 for a 60-tablet bottle.

 Reasons Why You Might Buy:

  • Contains quality ingredients.
  • Posts positive clinical studies.

Reasons Why You Won’t:

  • Contains stimulants. Caffeine and Green Tea.
  • Contains high levels of caffeine that can yield undesired side effects. These side effects may include: nausea, insomnia, rapid heartbeat, and anxiety.
  • Does not offer any free trials or money-back guarantee.
  • Costs more than some supplements.

Overall

In conclusion Burn 60 seems to be an average product backed by a well know brand GNC. Testimonial results seem to be mixed and with large amounts of caffeine in the product, consumers may be better off to look for a better product.

Safety: 3 stars

Effectiveness: 3 stars

Appetite Suppression: 3 stars

Money-back Guarantee: none

Value: 3 stars

Tetrazene

Tetrazene

Can Tetrazene Help You Lose Weight?

Tetrazene is a brand that includes three products, Tetrazene Extreme, Tetrazene ES-50 and Tetrazene KGM-90. Reviews of all three of these are found on this web site. All three are basically the same ingredient wise with subtle differences.

Ingredients in Tetrazene Products

The Tetrazene products are made up of a proprietary blend, this makes it hard to evaluate the effectiveness of the products because we are left clueless as to how much of each ingredient is used. Some companies use proprietary blends as way to mask their ineffective or cheap ingredient mix.

The products made by Tetrazene are glucomannan based. Glucomannan is claimed to be a natural appetite suppressor.

Costs of Tetrazene

A median price for Tetrazene on the internet is about $40. This is expensive for a glucomannan-based product.

Tetrazene Pros

  • Possible appetite suppressant capabilities of Glucomannan

Tetrazene Cons

  • Not backed by any satisfaction or money-back guarantee.

Tetrazene Conclusion

The Tetrazene product lines are all pretty good. They all contain a popular appetite suppressing ingredient glucomannan. Glucomannan is extremely affordable by itself, selling for under $10 per bottle.

Nitro T3

Nitro T3

Nitro T3 by NxCare is a testosterone booster meant to help men, especially those into bodybuilding, to build muscle mass.  That being said, it is pretty clear that if you are a woman, are under 18, or are just a person wanting to lose some extra fat, then this product is certainly not for you.  It is reported in some places to have been discontinued, but is available in other places to buy.  It retailed originally for $70 a bottle but often sells for much less.

What does Nitro T3 Offer?

Nitro T3 basically aims to build muscle mass by increasing testosterone levels.  The main ingredient in Nitro T3 is an extract of Tribulus terrestris (puncture vine) which is often touted as a testosterone booster and sexual performance enhancer.  However, in controlled studies this ingredient has failed to either increase testosterone levels or strength.  Not good news for Nitro T3.  As for Tri-arginine malate and the other ingredients, there is some evidence to say that they help in stimulating growth hormones, but as they are secondary ingredients, it is difficult to say whether they would make a big difference.

Side Effects

Increased risk of heart disease, prostate cancer, and mood swings.

Nitro T3 Pros

  • Includes some reliable ingredients

Nitro T3 Cons

  • Main ingredient is not backed by science
  • Considerable health risks
  • Made only for men/bodybuilders

Nitro T3 Conclusion

It is for only male bodybuilders and even in this case it appears to be somewhat unreliable in the science behind the main ingredient.   Customer testimonials have actually been pretty positive from what I have seen, so the other ingredients may provide some legitimate benefit.  The  product offers no money back guarantee and may have been discontinued. I do not recommend Nitro T3.

System-Six

System Six

What is System Six?

Diet System 6 is a gender specific supplement designed by Irwin Natural’s Medical Doctor. Does System Six step up to the competition? Let’s take a closer look.

Outrageous Claims of System Six

Looking at the first claim of System Six, “Irwin Natural’s Medical doctor developed System-Six Herbal Fat Burner has safely helped millions of people lose weight”, it’s hard to take any other claims of theirs seriously. We write reviews on weight loss supplements for a living and until a few days ago we had never heard of System Six. We suggest that System Six changes the wording from “millions” to hundreds at best.

Ingredients in System Six

There is not a lot that stands out in the System Six ingredient mix.  It is combinations of standard ingredients that are found in every fat burner and unproven ingredients not backed by any scientific research. I find it comical to see these weight loss supplement companies boast of all these new ingredients and their magical powers but they don’t leave us with any scientific data to confirm their claims.

An ingredient we like in System Six is green tea. Green Tea is a great stimulant and anti oxidant wrapped in one. Not all green tea is the same quality, however. The key is the amount of EGCG’s (active ingredient in green tea) contained in the tea. If it is low, you are getting some green tea. Unfortunately, System Six didn’t state the amount of EGCG’s in its product so we are left to wonder.

What System 6 is missing is the essential for weight loss supplements, an effective fat burner.

No Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantees

There are no money back or satisfaction guarantees with System Six. This makes us wonder how much confidence the manufacturer has in its product.

Price of System Six

The retail price of System Six is $27.50.

Pros

  • Contains Green Tea

Cons

  • Missing an effective fat burner
  • Outlandish claims
  • No Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantees

Final Conclusion

Unfortunately, there is more fiction than fact to the claims of System 6. We do not recommend it.

Syneburn

Syneburn

Does Syneburn Work?

Syneburn is the latest product from Primaforce. It is advertised to help burn fat, suppress appetites, and increase energy. That sounds really good, actually it sounds perfect. But we all know what they say about things that seem too good to be true, they usually are. Let’s put that notion aside and examine Syneburn.

Ingredients in Syneburn

There are no scientific breakthroughs in Syneburn. Most of the ingredients in Syneburn are pretty standard. An ingredient we like in Syneburn is Synephrine. Synephrine acts in the same way as the now banned Ephedra but without the side effects. It is a powerful fat burner. Syneburn has advertised the Synephrine contained in their mix as a pharmaceutical grade. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm this.

What Syneburn is missing is a powerful appetite suppressor. Appetite suppression is essential to weight loss. We need something to help us change our eating habits.

Price of Syneburn

The retail price of Syneburn is $25. This is a little higher than we would’ve expected.

No Money Back or Satisfaction Guarantees

There are no money back or satisfaction guarantees with Syneburn. This says a lot about the amount of confidence they have in their product.

Syneburn Pros

  • Contains Synephrine

Syneburn Cons

  • No Appetite Suppressors
  • Expensive
  • No Money Back or Satisfaction Guarantees

Final Conclusion

Syneburn is a very average product and scores a single but is far from a home run.

Suvaril

Suvaril

Can Suvaril Help You Lose Weight?

Suvaril is advertised as a weight loss supplement that will help you lose weight gradually. Although we agree that a lot of times it isn’t necessarily healthy to lose huge amounts of weight in weeks, we also are wary of product that claim gradual weight loss. The reasoning is sometimes they have an ineffective product and they know it so they mask it behind a gradual weight loss marketing campaign and so you take it for months without realizing it isn’t helping you lose any weight. Let’s take a closer look at Suvaril.

Ingredients In Suvaril

Suvaril is comprised of a proprietary blend. This raises a red flag. Sometimes companies use proprietary blends to mask ineffective and cheap product mixes. There is not a whole lot that is revolutionary or new in the ingredient mix.

An ingredient we like in Suvaril is green tea.

Green Tea is a powerful antioxidant, appetite suppressant and stimulant all wrapped up in one.  Something that is important to look out for with green tea is the amount of EGCG’s (the active ingredient in green tea) contained. If there is a low amount of EGCG’s, then you are getting some cheap tea. Unfortunately, with the proprietary blend we are left to wonder how much EGCG there is in the green tea.

Suvaril is also full of vitamins and minerals. These are great for overall health but they aren’t going to lose you a lot of weight and the purpose of taking a weight loss supplement is to lose weight.

The rest of the ingredients of the proprietary blend are nothing to write home about. What we believe is missing in Suvaril is an powerful fat burner and an appetite suppressor.

Nasty Autoship Program

Be careful not to get sucked into the 30-day free trial that Suvaril advertises for. It is anything but free. If you read the fine print you’ll notice that they automatically enroll you in their monthly autoship program. So you’ll be stuck paying for a product that you don’t want every month.

Pricing of Suvaril

A month’s supply of Suvaril costs $50.

Pros

  • Contains green tea
  • Vitamins and minerals

Cons

  • No Effective Fat Burners
  • Proprietary Blend
  • Very Expensive
  • No Appetite Suppressors

Conclusion

There is a lot more fiction than fact to Suvaril’s claims. For the high price it just doesn’t deliver.

Super CitriMax

Super Citrimax

Can Super Citrimax Help You Lose Weight?

Super Citrimax is an ingredient that is contained in many weight loss supplements. Proponents for Super Citrimax claim that it is an appetite suppressor and a fat burner rolled into one. Let’s take a closer look at Super Citrimax.

How Does Super Citrimax Work?

According to the producers of Super Citrimax, “CitriMax works by inhibiting enzymes which convert carbohydrates into fat.” Super Citrimax works similarly to green tea and caffeine. Green tea and caffeine are both effective at helping with weight loss but give some people the jitters. The good news about Super Citrimax is that it is jitter-free.

Scientific Studies on Citrimax

Numerous studies have been done on Super Citrimax each linking it to weight loss. If you look at the numbers, they aren’t dramatic. Usually people will lose about 5 lbs. over a few months but remember that Super Citrimax also helps retain muscle mass.

What’s In Super Citrimax?

It is full of HCA or Hydrocitric Acid.

Why is Super Citrimax not in more weight loss supplements?

The reason why Super Citrimax isn’t in more weight loss supplements is because it is fairly expensive.

Pros

  • Powerful Fat Burner
  • Appetite Suppressor
  • Backed by Scientific Studies
  • No Side Effects

Cons

  • Expensive Ingredient

Conclusion

Super Citrimax is an extremely effective ingredient that helps burn fat and suppress the appetite. Make sure your favorite weight loss supplement contains it.
