Green Tea Extreme Review

Does Green Tea Extreme Work?

The bottom line with weight-loss has the small-print words many people cringe to here: diet and exercise. Now, if you don’t cringe at those words you most likely don’t need to lose any additional weight because you are doing a great job at burning off the calories you intake.

On the other hand, if you do cringe and there is weight to be lost – Green Tea Extreme just won’t give you the results you’re looking for. Keep reading to find out why and what you can do to meet your weight loss goals.

Green Tea Extreme Ingredients

The only ingredients in Green Tea Extreme are Green Tea (of course), Guarana, and Citrus Uranium.

Green Tea has caffeine and Guarana is a natural form of caffeine. Green Tea gives you a caffeine overload. The problem is that the excess energy (or jitters) derived from caffeine are not enough to shed those pounds unless the energy derived carried you to the gym.

If all that Green Tea Extreme does is give you energy to potentially lose weight (if the energy is directed toward exercise) do you really want to be automatically billed $39.95 a month through their automatic delivery scam? - I think not.

Green Tea Extreme Pros

Contains Green Tea and Guarana

Green Tea Extreme Cons

Contains no other beneficial ingredients

“Free Trial” signs you up for automatic shipments

Quantity of Green Tea is hidden

Green Tea Conclusion

Unless you have money to burn, stay away from Green Tea Extreme.

Guggulbolic Extreme Review

What is Guggulbolic Extreme?

In the foreign lands of India and Pakistan grows a small bush by the name of Commiphora Mukul. The extract of this bush is known as Guggul. There has been some speculation that Guggul works as a fat burner.

How does Guggulbolic Extreme work?

Guggulbolic Extreme works to stimulate the thyroid. A stimulated thyroid will boost metabolic rates. A faster metabolism will burn more calories and consequently weight will be lost.

Since Guggul has been around for centuries and the use of it as an ingredient (or sole ingredient in the case of Guggulbolic Extreme) has been on a steady decline leading one to conclude that the results aren’t effective enough.

In addition to metabolic regulation Guggulbolic also works to improve look and condition of skin, and optimize blood lipids.

A Brief History

Guggul has many of its origins with the practice of Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurveda is an ancient system of health care that is native to the Indian Subcontinent.

Literally meaning “knowledge of life” (ayus = life, veda =system of knowledge), Ayurveda can also loosely be translated to “Knowledge of a long life” or “Science of life.” Ayurveda is concerned with measures to support healthy living along with therapeutic measures that relate to physical, mental, social and spiritual harmony.

Guggulbolic Extreme Pros

Can be purchased for a relatively inexpensive price

Guggulbolic Extreme Cons

Outdated

Limited in its effectiveness

Contains low quantities of Guggul extract

Guggulbolic Conclusion

Get with the present! There are many diet and weight loss products out there that capitalize on the modern advances in science and use it to your benefit.

Hoodia Bites Review

What are Hoodia Bites?

If you’re not a foreigner to the world of weight loss you know there are a number of different ways to get the hottest new ingredients into your body – pill, juice, patch – and now candy! Well, technically speaking Hoodia Bites are far from candy , but the idea is the same. Hoodia bites are bite sized taffy appearing supplements to help curb your appetite.

Does Hoodia Bites Work?

To know whether or not Hoodia Bites works we are going to have to take a look at the active ingredient – Hoodia. Hoodia is receiving a lot of attention lately, a lot of which is due to the LACK of scientific research done on the ingredient.

The more technical name for Hoodia is Hoodia Gordonii and it comes from South Africa. There more taboos than just the lack of clinical studies with regards to Hoodia. Since the cactus like plant it is derived from is endangered the exportation is very limited and consequently a lot of the hoodia sold today is a cheap imitation.

Hoodia Bites Compared

Each “bite” contains 250 milligrams of Hoodia. Thus, to get the same amount of hoodia as other hoodia products contain – you’ll need to chew at least five candies. Each candy costs approximately a whopping $1.33. Not the cheapest candy out there.

Hoodia Bites Pros

Attempts a new way of ingredient entry

Hoodia Bites Cons

Lacks scientific studies

Expensive, really expensive

Each bite contains low amounts of Hoodia

Hoodia Bites Conclusion

If you are looking for a little snack to curb your appetite before a meal, pretty much anything on the candy isle will do a better job. If you want real help in your fight against weight loss – keep reading to find which products consumers like you have rated as the best!

Hoodia Chaser Review

Hoodia Chaser Review

What is Hoodia Chaser?

Since there has been no scientific studies published on the exact effectiveness of Hoodia Gordonii, it appears that manufacturers are trying to think of every ingestion method possible to see if one of their methods provides positive results.

The delivery method chosen by the manufactures of Hoodia Chaser: A drop in a glass of water

Is Hoodia Chaser Effective?

The defense for Hoodia Chaser has a lot of things going against it. First of all it contains Hoodia which lacks any legitimate scientific evidence proving its effectiveness. Secondly, the delivery system it uses (two drops of Hoodia Chaser in a full glass of water) is highly diluted. Thirdly, even if the Hoodia Chaser ingredients and delivery method were effective $39.95 for a bottle is ultra expensive.

What is Hoodia Chaser supposed to do?

Hoodia (though not scientifically proven) is believed to work with the chemicals in the brain to reduce appetite. By having a smaller appetite less food (and subsequently fewer calories) will be consumed and the body will not be left with an overload of unburnable calories.

There are many appetite suppressing alternatives to the Hoodia Chaser.

Hoodia Chaser Pros

Invents a new delivery system

Tasteless (when diluted in water)

Hoodia Chaser Cons

Unverified scientific research

Expensive, very expensive

Diluted

Hoodia Chaser Conclusion

A full glass of water will do more to fill your stomach (reducing your appetite) than the two drops of Hoodia Chaser.

Hoodia Shot Review

Hoodia Shot Review

Lest you think this product involves a needle, Hoodia Shot is just a diet drink that has jumped on the Hoodia bandwagon.  The big question is does this stuff work?

Hoodia Shot Ingredients:

  • Hoodia Gordonii Herba
  • Caffeine
  • Glucurono Lactone
  • L-Taurine USP
  • N Acetyl L Tyrosine
  • L-Phenylalanine
  • Malic Acid

These ingredients are included as a “proprietary blend”, which is just a way to avoid telling you the actual concentration of each ingredient.  The significant ingredients in this mix appear to be only Hoodia gordonii and caffeine.  The rest of the ingredients have limited application to weight loss and this drink essentially boils down to a basic energy drink with some Hoodia in it.

Will Hoodia Shot Work?

Any difference you are going to see between Hoodia Shot and a cheap energy drink will lie in its Hoodia content.  Hoodia is said to be an appetite suppressant, but there have been no controlled studies proving this effect.  Most of the marketing behind it is only hype and contains little science.

Hoodia Shot Pros

  • Contains Caffeine
  • Other essential minerals

Hoodia Shot Cons

  • Proprietary blend with unclear concentration
  • No evidence behind Hoodia

Hoodia Shot Conclusion

Selling for about $3 per serving , it is more expensive than an energy drink and offers little more than some shaky science behind Hoodia.  I do not recommend Hoodia Shot.

Crevax Review

Crevax Review

This product is said to be an all natural, Swiss diet pill that will help you “burn 35 pounds a month”. That is a big claim to live up to. Sound to good to be true to you too? It’s impossible to say how much each individual person will lose. Everyone’s bodies are different that is why I think you should always buy a product with a money back guarantee just in case it doesn’t work for you. The two main ingredients in this product are hoodia and green tea.

Pros

- Testimonials on their web page

- Contains green tea

Cons

- Highly over priced at $69.95 per bottle

- Contains very few ingredients that are proven to cause thermogenesis

- Formula lacks new innovative ingredients

Conclusion

This product just does not have enough active ingredients for me to recommend it. Crevax is extremely to expensive for what it contains. This product seems very out dated to me. If you only have a pound or two to lose this product may work for you, but for serious weight loss it shouldn’t be considered. It does contain green tea, but there is a diet pill I am very impressed with that contains the highest quality green tea and 5 other amazing fat burning ingredients called Xyphedra.
