This product is a supplement designed to help professional bodybuilders lose water weight to help them look more ripped or cut just before a competition. If you are trying to loose fat this is not the product for you. I would not recommend long term use of a diuretic like this product because it could lead to dehydration and numerous health problems.
Animal cuts contains ephedrine, caffeine, and an aspirin-derivative. The makers call it a “classic E/C/A stack”. This is definitely not the healthiest or best approach to weight loss. Each Animal Cuts pack contains 200 mg of caffeine. Recommended use is two packets per day. That comes to 400 mg of caffeine per day. That is the equivalent of almost 8 cups of coffee a day. A combination of so many stimulants can cause headaches, jitteriness, and dependency problems.
I would not recommend this product to anyone but hardcore, professional body builders and even then I do so with caution. This product needs to be used with caution.
