We write reviews on weight loss supplements for a living and until a few days ago we had never heard of System Six. We suggest that System Six changes the wording from “millions” to hundreds at best.
Ingredients in System Six
There is not a lot that stands out in the System Six ingredient mix. It is combinations of standard ingredients that are found in every fat burner and unproven ingredients not backed by any scientific research. I find it comical to see these weight loss supplement companies boast of all these new ingredients and their magical powers but they don’t leave us with any scientific data to confirm their claims.
An ingredient we like in System Six is green tea. Green Tea is a great stimulant and anti oxidant wrapped in one. Not all green tea is the same quality, however. The key is the amount of EGCG’s (active ingredient in green tea) contained in the tea. If it is low, you are getting some green tea. Unfortunately, System Six didn’t state the amount of EGCG’s in its product so we are left to wonder.
What System 6 is missing is the essential for weight loss supplements, an effective fat burner.
