Dexatrim Review
The Evolution of Dexatrim
Dexatrim is a product that by some has been compared to the evolution theories of Charles Darwin. Initially Dexatrim was a product that contained Phenylpropanolamine which was later linked to an increase risk of hemorrhagic stroke in women.
When Dexatrim dropped Phenylpropanolamine it added Ephedrine. Unfortunately the FDA also out ruled ephedrine and Dexatrim was left with a number of very common ingredients.
What are Dexatrim’s Ingredients?
Dexatrim contains Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6&B12, Pantothenic Acid, Chromium and a Proprietary Blend of Green Tea Extract, Oolong Tea Extract, Asian Ginseng Root Extract, and Caffeine.
Are there Side Effects with Dexatrim?
If you are sensitive to caffeine, the 50 milligrams of caffeine per capsule may be too much to handle and cause jitters, headache, and stomach discomfort. Otherwise it is intended for adult use only and not to be taken in amounts above the recommended dosage (2 capsules a day).
Dexatrim Pros
Very low price (as low as $15)
Available on-line and in stores
Dexatrim Cons
Watered down formula of a once powerful (yet dangerous) weight loss drug
Contains ingredients found in most common weight loss supplements
Conclusion
The evolution of Dexatrim could just as well be its downfall. Resulting is a number of products targeted to different areas but all containing common ingredients. When you keep taking away from a product (due to FDA regulations) you are left with a shell of unfulfilled hopes.
